Refund Policy

The short version
Email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No survey. No "are you sure?" form. No interrogation.
How it works
- Email [email protected] from the email address you used to purchase. Include your order number from the Lemon Squeezy receipt if you can find it; if not, we'll look it up.
- We'll process the refund inside one business day. Funds typically land back on your card or bank within 5–10 days, depending on your issuer.
- Once refunded, your Lifetime license is deactivated and the Software will revert to its free tier on next launch. You can re-purchase any time.
Direct web purchases (Lemon Squeezy)
The 14-day window applies to purchases made on aviatorarchive.com via Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record and processes the refund on our behalf.
App Store / Google Play purchases
Refunds for in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by the respective storefront, not by us. Their refund windows and processes apply:
- Apple: Request a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google: Request a refund via your Google Play purchase history.
If your storefront refund is approved, your Aviator Archive entitlement will deactivate automatically when the storefront notifies us.
Outside the 14-day window
We don't have a hard rule beyond 14 days, but we do respond to genuine hardship cases (lost job, app proved unsuitable for your operation, etc.). Email us — a real human reads it.
Exceptions
- Refunds may be denied if there's clear evidence of abuse — multiple successive purchases-and-refunds, fraudulent payment instruments, etc.
- Statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction (e.g. EU 14-day distance-selling cooling-off) take precedence over anything in this policy if they're more generous.
