This page explains how to have your Aviator Archive account deleted. Aviator Archive is published by Seneboy Ventures Inc..
Almost everything Aviator Archive knows about you is already on your own device and was never sent to us. The account we hold is small — enough to keep your Lifetime unlock working on the devices you sign in on. Both halves are covered below.
Delete it in the app
This is the quickest way, and it works on every device the app runs on.
- Open Aviator Archive and go to Settings → Delete Account.
- Read what will be erased, then type DELETE to confirm.
- Sign in once more with the Google or Apple account you use in the app, so we know it is you.
- The account is erased straight away, and every other device signed in to it is signed out. Your logbooks stay where they are.
If you signed in with Apple, we also tell Apple to remove this app's access to your Apple ID, so it no longer appears among the apps using your Apple ID. If anything fails along the way, nothing is deleted and the app asks you to try again.

If you can't sign in any more, or no longer have the app, we'll do it for you.
- Open the contact form. The subject is filled in for you.
- Enter the email address you signed in with — the Google or Apple account you used in the app. We match your record on that address, so a different one will slow the request down.
- Send it. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need an active licence or a working installation to ask.
- We reply to confirm, then erase the record. This normally completes within 30 days.
If you no longer have access to that email address, write to us anyway through the same form and say so — we will work out another way to confirm the account is yours before deleting anything.
What gets deleted
The account record we hold on our servers is erased in full: at once when you delete it in the app, or when we action your request.

Deleting the account ends your Lifetime unlock and any AI Scan pages you bought, and does not refund them. AI Scan pages cannot be restored afterwards. If you later sign in again with the same store account, contact us with the receipt from your purchase and we can put your Lifetime unlock back when it matches our record of the sale. If you only want to stop using the app, uninstalling it is enough and leaves your purchase intact.
What we keep, and for how long

Nothing else is kept. There is no grace period and no archived copy. Our database provider keeps restore points for up to 30 days, so the erased record leaves those within 30 days; if we ever had to restore from one, we would erase your account again.
Your logbook is on your device, not ours
Your flights, aircraft, documents, media and currency state live in an encrypted file on your own device. We hold no copy of your logbook, so there is nothing on our side to delete and nothing we could recover for you. The one exception is the optional AI Scan feature: if you used it, the pages you scanned and the text extracted from them are held briefly on our side (images up to 48 hours, extracted text up to 7 days) and then deleted automatically — see the Privacy Policy.
To erase that data, do it on the device: open the app and use Settings → Delete Profile — permanently erase all data, or uninstall the app. Either removes the local copy including all documents and media. If you have paired devices, repeat it on each one — they hold their own copies, synced directly between your devices rather than through us.
Deleting your account does not touch your logbook, and deleting your logbook does not delete your account. They are separate on purpose, so neither action can surprise you by destroying the other.
