Refunds: you don't need this form. Our refund policy is 14 days, no questions — say so in a message and it's done.

Lost your licence key? Include the email address you bought with and we'll look the order up. You don't need the order number.

Found a bug? Tell us what you were doing and what happened instead. Screenshots help more than you'd think, and we'd rather hear about it twice than not at all.
