We've all paid the monthly logbook tax. We didn't enjoy it. So we built the logbook we'd actually want to use, and priced it the way software used to be priced — once.
Why we built it
The logbook market split into two kinds of products: clinical compliance forms and bloated subscription apps that hold your career data hostage. Both ignored the basic premise — you flew the hours, the data should be yours, and the tool should respect the gravity of the job.
Aviator Archive is the version we wanted on our own iPad. Local-first, cross-platform, no monthly bill, and built with the same care a captain puts into a walkaround. If we ever lose sight of any of those, you have our permission to remind us.
