Built by a pilot
who flies the line.

I'm a working pilot. I built Aviator Archive because I wanted it on my own iPad — and because I was tired of paying every month to read back hours I'd already flown.

Why I built it

The logbook market had split into two kinds of product: clinical compliance forms that treat your career like a tax return, and subscription apps that keep your flight history on their servers and bill you to look at it. Both missed the obvious part — you flew the hours, the data is yours, and the tool should respect the weight of the job.

So I built the one I wanted on my own iPad: local-first, cross-platform, no monthly bill, and put together with the same care a captain puts into a walkaround. If I ever lose sight of any of that, you have my permission to remind me — the address is on this page, and a real human (me) reads it.
